Comments: I loved this run. I ran excellent. I didn't suffer as badly at the end and had the energy to pass some people coming into the line. I felt like I paced so much better and I think I could have run even faster had I not done the 5k yesterday. What would you do differently?: Not much. I wore a spandex undershirt, a winter hat, and track pants today and my body wasn't freezing. It felt great.  Post race
Warm down: I walked off about a mile and stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Not much, I probably went out a little bit too slow in the beginning. Event comments: I had a great time at this race and all of the volunteers were hugely friendly. I have no complaints, it was a great event for a good cause! Last updated: 2009-11-22 12:00 AM

Well it began with my driving to wrong running event. I had intended to attend the Scarecrow 5k, but I looked up the wrong address for Meadowbrook park. Luckily, I was able to register there for this run and I had a fantastic time.
I ran about a mile and stretched.
