Beginnertriathlete.com Title XXVI, Subtitle, 10 Chapter 3, Section 34, Subsection A, Subsection A Bylaw: Standards of Decent Avatar Posting Bylaw

Any member not adhering to the Standards of Decent Avatar Posting Bylaw (Subsection A) will be automatically subjected to racing the rest of the current year in either a) speedos or b) a string-bikini (see paragraph 3) irregardless of water temperature. This will be verified by members in the offending member's state and will be captured via live feeds for the entire BT community.  If no compliance by said Title XXVI, Subtitle, 10 Chapter 3, Section 34, Subsection A, Subsection A Bylaw-Paragraph 3, the offending member will be served with up to 30 additional training hours per month based off of current log estimates.  In the event of total and complete dilenquency of completing the requrements of the aforementioned penalties, said offending member will get their post count reset to zero, and subsequently reset to zero every time it reaches '10'.

Okay, that's cool.  Now, I had no part in the foolishness.  I'll admit that those boys lost fair and square, but the fallout of their shortcomings is showing up all over the place.  So, my question is,  what is to be done about the instigators of this behavior that is so unbecoming of the BT Boards?  Aren't the chickas partly to blame for having created this mess in the first place? 

There's a rumor going around about "sandbagging", which until proven, is still just a rumor.  But, I heard from a good source that it is being looked into by the official rules committee. Unfortunately, those inquiries take time.  In the meantime, I'm sure there's some rule or bylaw that could be put into play to clean up the boards that addresses contributing to the deliquency of a triathlete or conspiracy to embarrass and humiliate (and Ron, if there's not, we need to make one up and put it into play ASAP).  I mean, for the sake of our retinas, please do something.
