Thanks.  Now if I may ask a somewhat nit-picky question.

I technically had 6 days left on my gold membership (yes, marma, I realize they were a gift--but I'm reporting a bug here!).

I renewed only to silver (since I don't find the training support forum all that interesting anymore).  I expected to still be gold for six more days before converting to silver, but it converted me straight to silver as of the second I clicked the mouse.

The end date seems to be correct (30 Jan 11), but it just made me silver immediately.  Probably shouldn't do that!

This is the way it is intended to work when we coded it as it as it reduced the complexity a lot.  BUT I does pro-rate you the days you had left on gold.  Though perhaps we should ad a warning that the downgrade is immediate.

Oh, okay.  It's hard to tell since the amounts seem so random to me, but that's probably what happened.  But yes, a warning would be nice.
