Comments:

Best 10K run ever. Went right according to plan. Be under 9/pace for first 4 and then if feeling good, motor on through. Ended up with all under 9 min pace which I'm really thrilled about. There have been 5Ks where I wasn't able to maintain that.

What would you do differently?:

Nothing. Maybe my first smart 10K race :-)
