Does "fast course" mean a flat course...or what does it mean? I am planning to do my first half mary around that time and was aiming for the Tobacco Road half mary since its so close. Elite 3395 Raleigh | Subject: RE: Wrightsville Beach Marathon That depends. Tobacco Road is mostly flat and 18 miles of it are on smooth trail not pavement, so it is easier on the feet. The ATT is GREAT to run on. I am doing the full marathon there 3/21. It will be my first. Doug |

I bet they were able to add slots since the marathon isn't anywhere near to filling up. |
