I'm in! Will weigh in & give a goal in the morning...shudder to think what the scale is going to say. Of course, the worse it is, the more weight I have to lose, which is easier than losing just a little weight, right?

Hello

I cancelled all my hard November work in one week.
Rats!!!    It was worth it.

I start Dec at 257

Goal 251

I am pretty sure the Thanksgiving 5 I gained last week will drop off this week  or at least I hope so.

165.

I am up 20 pounds from last year. Completely unacceptable, although some of it is due to medical issues.

My goal for December is 159.9 - plus clean eating (minus holiday parties) and following my training plan.

No scale in China, but was 212 on Saturday before I left, so that will have to be my weigh-in.  I usually lose a couple of pounds over here b/c low carb diet, no snacking, lots of walking... sometimes lose even more if I eat at the wrong place (ewww), but that's a bad way to lose weight.  Losing 10 days of training and sleeping miserably (it's 4am here)... very disheartening, but will get back in the saddle on Saturday.  One good motivation... the Virginia Tri Calendar is posted!!!  So I can at least plan :-)

A realistic goal for me for Jan 1 would be 212 b/c of holidays, but I'll go with 208 knowing I'll should be motivated for the next 2 weeks and hopeful that the "China Effect" will be in play.  To hit 208, I'll need to be 205 going into Xmas/NewYear's stretch.  A better goal is 202 by the start of the season and that is reflected on my scale below.  - Stu

I'm afraid to step on the scales after 2 weeks with my mum which meant less training but more food. And on top of it all I had a binge episode last night - stupid girlie hormones!

Hoping to kick the weight loss back in gear with some accountablity. I'll play.
Dec 1 - 312.5
Dec 2 - 310

(you are reading the numbers right , it is a 3 at the front, last year it was a 4)

Cheers
Dan

I weighed 183 this morning which means I was up 2 pounds last week but down 1 for November. I really want to be under 180 by the end of the year so 179 is my goal. I have not weighed under 180 for at least 15 years so it would be awesome. I would have lost 31 pounds this year if I make it.

You were saving them for Santa to have the slightest hope of making it on the Good Boy List.  Not eating them.  Remember, don't eat the cookies, but save them for Santa.
