ceilidh - 2009-12-31 1:29 PM Got my run and a bike in today- very short for both 20 minutes each. I am under for the run but over for the bike so I am at 101 percent overall.
Hope that is enough. I feel bad about the lack of runs.

I have to finish baking cookies for tonight's party -- oatmeal chocolate chip  (I will be glad when all of the holiday food is finished with!)

After the cookies are done, I will be able to get in a quick bike & run  --  hopefully both outside but maybe the bike inside -- we'll see.  That will put me at 100%

Phenomenal effort by all teams!  There are no losers - only winners from this challenge!  From what I saw in the team threads, everybody got in some workouts that they would have skipped!  Great job to all!  Everybody can add the following to their signature:  "My team won the Du-December Challenge while everyone else was eating!"

Thanks to everyone who particpated!  It was a great month!
