Comments: Paced Kerrin for first three miles and she kept up with me through that. Talked to her and encouraged her to try and keep pace for mile 4 also, but she was getting fatigued. Ran a good last mile (7:44) to close out the race. What would you do differently?: Ran a good race for dual purposes - pacing Kerrin and to get a decent time for myself. Post race
Warm down: We all walked around to relax the muscles. Had the massage company do a stretch on all three of us after the race. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing, I ran well. Event comments: A nice course, for a good cause (Easton Cross-Country program). A good race for Thanksgiving morning. Last updated: 2009-11-22 12:00 AM

Ran with Kerrin & Matthew. Had a massage/stretching company on-site, so we all were stretched out. Did a little running to loosen up
