I would love to put down running, but can't because of the hip.

I am slowly learning to love swimming.  After not having pool access for 3 days over Thanksgiving that was actually the first thing I wanted to do.

I hoping to have another 50000 yd month like November.

Hey Ghoulies. I am holding my wavering head up to join on in. I still feel like luke warm crappola... Nice eh?
I am keeping to the strength training this month and  I need to get back into the pool. I like to swim but I too am frustrated by it and it is a huge giant pain in the bum to get to the pool from here. So, if it is things we like.. well, wine, is my first but second is gonna have to be running. Three times a week. minimum 3 miles eachis the goal.

Back to lie down. Gotta get going and get better, I have the last tree to put up still.

well get your ST off the back burner and get a lifting those weights.

do you follow a certain plan/regime, ANN, w your strength training?

and btw, just a general question for all the GHOULIES, is grunting actually NECESSARY when you lift weights, cuz, well....the guys at the Y GRUNT all the time, i wonder if its just something, well, guys need to do when they lift weights or is there actually some purpose to all that.....uhm.....GRUNTING.
