Comments:

Was a good gage of how far I have come since weight was 250 in the last week of June 2009. Today my weight was 184. I have lost 64 pounds and I ran a 5K 4.5 months later in under 25 minutes. My goal today was to avg an 8:20 Mile. I ran an 8:10 mile.

Wow you have come  a long way excellent time on your 5k. I still have a long way to go.  I was 280 and now under 230 so keep up the excellent progress and so will I
