I did 20 minutes monitoring HR and rpm. I now know how to set the seat and shoe clips and the resistance level, HR and revolutions I want to use. I haven't raced on an indoor track since 1986 but I am not too worried. I have my wardrobe planned - yes, the speedo is coming out in the daylight. the ride and run i want to stay cool so it will be my bike shorts on the bike and my short running shorts on the run. separate tank tops for each. training running shoes on the ride, racing flats for the run. I plan to arrive around 10:30. i was born the year you were last on the track.......... |

Per email I recieved Monday, they have changed considerably since they first came out. Holy Cow! We both moved from an 11:45 start time to 4:20. The good part of that is that when we finish results will be posted soon. The down side is being that late in the day throws off my routine. |

Congrats on your performance yesterday Brue! Top 2 in the men open? way to go! I was happy with my bike and run...still gotta lot to work on with the swim though. |
