Brutal is right. I ended up @ 7hrs, but overall happy to cross that finish line.

I met Mirinda and Crowie in the hotel on Saturday, very cool.

Nice job Dream! That is quite an accompishment with all those hills!

Nice that the weather held out for us.

I ended up a 5:59:38 ish- Very happy considering I was gunning for sub 6 And wierd considering I had watch and bike computer issues that left me without a close idea of my time throughout the race. That coarse was a killer. But we lucked out with the weather. Overall, I thought it was a great race. Great job, Dream! Congratulations to all and good luck the rest of the season.

Absolutely loved the race!  Course was brutal and I cursed at it several times but I beat my goal time of 5:30 and finished in 5:16.

Thanks.  It was my first HIM so I did not know what to totally expect but am very pelased with result.  Only real negative I can think about the race was the Cerasport.

you know, I think the venue was great. The hotel prices were reasonable and they really put on a good thing. But the bottom line is that this course sucked. It was harder than anything anyone described to me and I feel it was not the course for an average age grouper like me. Ive never in my life "raced" or even trained as slow as I was forced to on this course. Holy Hill Batman
