Went to Keystone for some snowboarding yesterday.  A good, hard 5+ hours of it...with really nice weather and fresh snow from the day before.  When we got home, I did 8.33 miles on the treadmill in 80 minutes.  This week is a really heavy training week, so we'll see how that goes, but the weather is supposed to be great, so lots of outside time on the run and bike.

Well I missed out on true training this past weekend, but I can't remember a time I've worked that hard for three straight days. Ran 6 miles Thursday morning and then, after work, headed down to Silverton, CO for three days of snowboarding.  Best riding I have ever done and lots of high altitude hiking.  Did a bit of snowshoeing this morning to loosen up the legs for the drive home.  Now back to training with a bike week.  Tomorrow I'll have to play by ear depending on how trashed my legs are in the morning. Hope everybody else had a great weekend.

Did mt first run in 2 weeks to test the groin. Kept it slow and easy. Felt Ok. usually the hours after will tell the outcome...good so far. had a good swim on monday. Planning a short kayak run with a bike shuttle on friday if the red river has a good level!! We'll see.

well, what is new with everyone?  Rainy rainy up here, but i did manage to get in a 10 miler yesterday, sort of on accident.  felt ok, considering it was my longest run of the year.  atleast its cold out and i should get a good powder day tomorrow

70 mile ride today in 4.5 hours, not bad considering that I feel like I am getting the cold that my wife has had.  The weather was pretty good and I have found a really cool loop that basically goes all the way around south suburban Denver, down through downtown Denver and back East towards my house.  Now I will do a fairly short run this evening and be done with the week.

I've been out with a cold that started to clear up friday. Got easy run in saturday and monday, weights and short easy bike on sunday. Swim on tap for tuesday. Groin is little sore.  Hope everyone else is well.

Hey everyone!  Looks like people have been busy.  Injury rehab seems to be going well for me.  I have a couple races coming up this month.  I might travel to Vegas, but still undecided.

Right now, I'm taking care of some needed bike maintenance while the weather is sour.

Well I've been a bit out of it, training wise, the past few days/weeks, serious lack of motivation coupled with a bout of food poisioning.  Back at it this week, although the weather has decided it's winter again...
