Hey Jack! You're back!! We missed you.
Dana, the rest you had while sick may work in your favour, even if it doesn't feel like it now.

I was tired today too, like everyone else. It is pouring buckets, so I ran indoors on the treadmill for 40 minutes (borrrriiinnnggg!)
Also did back weights and some pylometric exercises

JACK!  So glad to hear from you again.

Ran 13 miles, biked ~15 miles, swam 2000 meters.  Had great sleep the past two nights (a rarity) and feel tired but great today!  (hope it lasts)

Didn't have much in me for the swim tonight - just did the 200 yarder.

Also I did a 100 for time at the end = I had a disappointing 1:01 from the blocks - I guess my olympic dreams aren't on the horizon :-( Better log a few more miles before I try again.

Todays workout was bailing out the basement by the teaspoon. Wet dry vacs are soooo much fun ;(. Will be away for the weekend and hope to hit my stride again. Will swim lots, anything else is a bonus. BTW welcome back Jack
