I'll have to PM you what to do (although, it is SO easy I am a bit ashamed), you'll have to be The Dip Sunday.  It would drive me insane to see 20 people riding and know I can't get in the game.   I am in day three of take it easy mode and it is already killing me not to workout!

My calf sidelined me for 6 weeks last summer. I did go insane.  Everyone here can attest to that.  Take care of your leg and take it slowly.  Better to miss some workouts now than have to miss a whole season.

Was an awesome ride!  Good people and good food   And Sue and George, thanks for the Molsen - that really hit the spot!!  Cheryl and Eric, the little balls of heaven you made were incredible.  Chicken Dip, you would have been proud of the dip that Sue cooked up - it was great.  K and Steve, thank you for the bread!  And thanks to the rest of you for the other odds and ends as well as the stink that was left behind   Nothing that a little (lot) of Febreeze couldn't fix though.  Oh, and Thunder thanks those of you who fell for his puppy-dog eyes.

Thank you Coopers!  It was just extra special losing my trainerfest virginity at such a gracious host/hostess's home.  (Sorry, Trish, your trainerfest last year doesn't count because I only rode for 20 minutes and didn't partake in the after ride goodies).  Great company!  You guys are right, it does make it easier to do it with friends.  Thank you to all for helping me set a 2010 trainer PR of 1 hour (baby steps but I'm trying).  Cheryl, I can't wait to try the truffles tonight with some red wine with my neighbor lady (TrishM).  Dave, the coffee hit the spot.  Who knew it could taste so good in a water bottle.

Thanks, Coop!  We needed to get reacquainted with our trainers in a bad way, so this was perfect!
