I started my blog back in 2006 as a way to track my running progress. Back then it was about me getting back into the half marathon. My blog's title has changed with my goals, but has essentially stayed the same. The 13.1 Mile Journey, became the Journey to 70.3, which became simply The Journey. I use that space as a place to hash out feelings on a much deeper level than in my training log. I use websites such as BT as a place to keep the statistical data and as a place to go to clear my head, and my blog as a place to dream bigger and go deeper into my journey as a person. http://13point1milejourney.blogspot.com is my home. |
