I can make my swimming workouts exciting:
A bit of warming up, a bit of backstroke,
A bit of acceleration lengths to get my body going
Some speed play
Some work on drills
A few length counting strokes to see if the drills did anything.
And when you are in shape, you can try this: 6 lengths FAST!! with 15 seconds rest after each length... see if you can do numbers 5 and 6 without wussing out. Take a lot of rest, then repeat 3 more times.
And if that isn't fun, try learning butterfly... it's a challenge. |
