Run
Comments: I just kept my breathing pattern the same as in my normal running. What would you do differently?: Not sure. Maybe go to bed earlier. Post race
Warm down: Walked around lost and confused. Kinda like the pre-race. What limited your ability to perform faster: My strength, speed and stamina. Event comments: My first race, I have nothing to compare it to. When I saw all the cars trying to exit 59, I said I will NEVER do another race. After I finished, I started thinking about doing the half-marathon next year. I think I'm insane. I am really happy with my performance. YEA, ME!! Last updated: 2010-01-05 12:00 AM

Age Group = 45-49
Age Group Rank = 19/100
For my first ever 5k, I stayed up late playing games, couldn't fall asleep, and woke-up early. Ate some cereal and had some coffee.
Walked around dazed and confused. Stretched, did some jumping-jacks and push-ups. Walking lunges to crazy according start line.
