Subject: RE: Question about Vibram Five Fingers I suspect it's originally from a translation from Italian. While I don't know any Italian, in Spanish (which is really similar ) there is just one word which is used for both "finger" and "toe". If you need to clarify that you're talking about toes, you say something like "my foot's finger". Incidentally, it's "vee-bram" not "veye-bram" like most people say. I assume the US corporate office answers their phone saying "vee-bram" though I can't say I've tested this! Brian |
