Subject: New from cold,winter,full of snow Poland
I'm new here as well as in triathlete. Before I was running only, all distances including full marathon. I'm 52 years old, so it is really great task fork me to finish olimpic distance this year and maybe half IM next year.
The climate in Poland is difficult for bikers, I'll start when spring will come, yet only running and swimming should be enough for me.

Maybe consider picking up a bike trainer for the cold weather months.  I have not had my bike out on the road since mid-November.  I probably won't head outside until late February.  I did my first Olympic last September.  I started training in July.  I wish I would have had a couple months of bike trainer and pool swimming before I started.  I think you will be just fine since you are starting early in the year.

First month with experience in BT is behind me. I enjoy it very much, and olny impresion I have is so I NEED MORE TRAININGS.
