Subject: Ocean Drive Marathon : Official Thread
Anyone out there doing the Ocean Dr Marathon this year? It is my 1st full marathon. I have participated in several 1/2s but this is my 1st full one.

I am doing the 10 mile run this year.  I did it last year too.  Last year the boardwalk was being torn up so most of the run in Wildwood was on the street.  I am guessing it will be back on the boardwalk this year.  I had hoped to do the marathon but holding off and doing one later this year.

Beware of the wind.  It can be nasty down there in March.  Draft off taller runners.

thinking about doing the 10 miler. will be my third one (with one 13.2 effort in Tyler Park - Newtown Bucks County) this year. Will also keep me in shape for Broad Street Run and Caesar Rodney in Delaware.
