I felt like it was a pretty easy pace but went ~1 min/mile faster than my normal pace.
What would you do differently?:

Start with Danny so I don't spend the whole time looking for him.

Warm down:

Head between my knees briefly and then looking for Sean, Monkey & Kristin

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training. Too much time spent searching for Danny in oncoming traffic.
