So, I'm in and heading up tomorrow morning for packet pick up.  If anyone is interested in getting together post race, I'll hang out at the "B" sign for a bit (for "BT").  Look for the short red head likely wearing an Army visor.

Hey! I'll look for you.  Are you in corral 1 at the start?

I loved the course this was on. Had a new PR by 2:44 today! Felt a little jipped on the number of bands actually on the course and the number of aid stations.

I agree about the bands, i was in corral 2 and thought they were a little slow to get all set up.  However my wife was back in 11 and she said the bands were alot more lively.

There were a few concerns about the bands and aid stations for me as well.  It had a lot to do with where we ran.  HP and the folks on Swiss will not put up with either.  That was a big issue with planning.  As far as the course was concerned, I liked it more than White Rock

Congrats to all who finished!

I really enjoyed the course.  I agree with the comments on the bands and aid stations.  A bit slow getting set-up.  I was in Corral 1 though, so maybe they got to the set-up late.

Start line festivities were pretty cool.  I set a PR yesterday and finished in 1:33.  Great weather!

I enjoyed the course, it was a great way to see the city in a different way.  I was on pace to finish in the 1:30s until my knee acted up with 2 miles to go and i had to pull over a couple times, finished with a 1:46 pretty happy with it.

Wow, some really fast times! Congrats to all! I on the other hand am happy to just finish. I think those of you in the first corrals ran into stations/bands that wern't ready or set up yet. I was in corral 12 so by the time I was on the course there were no problems w/aid stations and saw lots of bands. I actually enjoyed myself for most of it, and this is coming from someone who hates running!

Yay!  I finished!  Felt great till mile 8 then I had to walk/run, but I'm glad to have finished my first half ever!  The bands helped me to keep going even when I wanted to quit.  I mostly loved the course except that uphill at Mockingbird.  That wiped me out!

Congrats everyone! I didn't get to this board before the race, but I wanted to say that it's great to see everyone on here being so supportive! I totally agree with the bands and aid stations comments. I thought they were a bit too few and far between. I figured that a lot of those neighborhoods weren't going to be too supportive of early morning rockin!!! I set a PR yesterday of 2:07:50, so I was really pleased. Congrats again to everyone!

I enjoyed it overall, but I wasn't wild about the zig zag finish.

Congrats everyone.  I thought it was a great event.  I PR'd with a 1:37.

Did anyone else find the course long?  My Garmin read 13.3 miles.  I don't think I ran an extra 0.2 miles.  I ran all of the tangents and didn't have to weave through people.  I know White Rock last December was long because everyone's GPS read 13.2.

My Garmin read 13.3 also! Makes my PR time of 2:16 even better though lol

Loved this course, but yeah that nearly 3 miles of uphill SUCKED lol
