I know I'm going to love it in the end but the first two rides it was busy hating me I'm certain the callouses will be there for me this weekend lol...anyhow. my profile aqua rack isn't fitting on the back and I really really need a back rack since my frame is very small. what rear racks do you all use with the ism saddle??thanks for any helplibby

I use the Hydrotail H.5, got it from all3sports.com, they have a special that includes 2 profile design bottle cages, so it's not a bad deal for $50.

awesome. this is perfect and a great price. done!its nice that the saddle comes down in the back to hook it onto transition racks but I was surprised my profile wasn't long enough to work!! thanks!!!

Just fitted an Adamo Road today as well and first proper ride tomorrow - if this is the MORE padded version I would hate to try a Race!!!

I was surprised my quick test ride wasnt more of a problem for my sitbones, but I'm not sure how far back (or not) to sit? I watched all the videos but its really hard to see the saddle while your sat on it! Tomorrow will be the first real ride so will be experimenting a lot more - I already had to put the seatpost back up and move it back a bit but I think I'm 95% there now.

fair warning- the second and third ride on it suck! after that, the saddle completely rocks. had my first long ride on it today and I love it, really helps me to get into a better position. don't give up on it too early. I rode mine on the trainer next to a slider door at first so that I could watch my hip position and learn to roll forward enough to be where I was supposed to on the saddle. takes a bit to learn but you'll get it. after getting it fit last sunday I was planned on riding 3.5 hours, that definitely didn't happen. I could only tolerate an hour....

thanks for the warning!

I have it on a road bike and dont use aerobars, so I'm hoping it will not take too much learning to get the right position. I got it to try and stop the numbness I suffer on my usual saddle but I also plan some long rides this year so hope I can put up with it for 4-5 hours with no issues...

I have had mine on my road bike on the trainer since Christmas.  Riding 3x/week for 1-1:15 each time and no numbness and no sit bone discomfort.

Do you think that  getting Aero Bars and a FF seatpost will change my position such that I will have some of the oft discussed sit bone pain, or am I sufficiently broken in?
