Comments: 1st time I ever ran in snow. Wasn't sure on the footing, and felt a little tight in the chest/lungs. My workout regimen is usually evenings, I'm not sure my body knows exactly what its doing in the morning What would you do differently?: Not carry the extra weight I currently am Post race
Warm down: Saw ffstock and said hi, then went inside for a swim What limited your ability to perform faster: My ability to perform faster was limited by my speed/cadence, current weight, lack of rest and bacchanalian behavior. Up at 6:30, usual; light breakfast & coffee, packed the bag and headed to Westridge
Jog-walked a mile on the indoor track, a little core & stretching to try and get the lower back to loosen up
