Comments: Felt good, went out pretty quick and settled into a pace early on. Felt like that pace might have been a bit much after the marathon last week. The last miles was a 'suck it up and just finish the damn race without slowing down' kind of mentality. Overall, with the snow on the ground and all, I think I did really well coming 26seconds within my time at the last race on that course. I think I could have gone faster than last time if there wasn't snow there. Probably not a sub 20, but probably could have dropped 15sec/mile off my time and went sub 22 by 15-20seconds. What would you do differently?: have it not snow the night before and morning of the race. Post race

Stood around in the snow, stretched just a little, overall didn't feel like running. Forgot the Garmin at the house, wasn't in the mood to get out of bed with it still snowing out, had to drive a '93 Eagle Talon FWD car to the race that doesn't even have plates on it since the Jeep is currently out of commission because of overheating issues. Overall, not really a mental state that I should be in for a race.
Jogged a bit for the 3 minutes prior to the start.
