Subject: ST. John the Jogger 5k

My school is finally getting details together.  May 1st at 8am.  I hope I can get as many people to come as possible!  I am looking for volunteers to act as "pace leaders" for my students so that they can meet a goal time. And, to run in a group to keep everyone motivated.

That said, while I am interested, I have a wedding that day .... if I was just attending I could make both but I'm the MOH and need to meet with the bride early.

FYI yes, I'm doing the 5k and the Fred half the next day. putting myself with the 14 minute group.
