Masters swim early this morning, with more fly and IM than I'm used to and a long kick set which I always struggle with too. Errands at noon postponed my usual lunchtime run but I should get a half hour in right after work.

10 min warm-up:100-160watts at 80-90rpms
8 - 30 sec one leg drill
12 - 30 sec on 30 sec off speed intervals at about 310 watts
2-10 min tempo intervals at about 200 watts
10 min cool down
