Just for 5 minutes, but it was 5 minutes more than I've ran in six weeks.

Yippee - Yippee - you ran yesterday. Love the picture! The question is...did it hurt to run for 5 minutes - aside from the huff, puff, oh my god I haven't run in 6 weeks hurt?

A bum knee. I was diagnosed with overly tight quads and IT bands, and  weak glutes and a weak core. So I tell everyone I'm a weak azz.

What's worse the fact that I know the reference to be from "Jackson Stewart" or the fact that you actually referenced "Jackson"?

Glad to hear that you are back on the recovery road.
