Pre-race routine:

Drove to Burlington and hung out in Second Cup for an hour.
Event warmup:

Walked to the start line and huddled with 2500 of my closest friends. It was pretty cool and tightly packed.

Good run, nice pace, kept pace with Francois and did 20 and 1s. Water stations were well manned. Course was pretty flat and no major hills. Kept a good pace, then last 1.5 to 2k kicked it into higher gear and finished strong.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing much, maybe train more for this race as my training has slipped a little since Goofy

Wandered to the Chilly, then had breakfast at Benny's.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing really. Just amount of training for this race was not there.

Good race, I like to the new route.
