Swim
Comments: I think I need to open water swim more and more. My navigation stinks, my open water sighting stinks, and my form goes to crap for the first half of the swim while I struggle with the above (or maybe causing me to struggle with the above?) What would you do differently?: everything Transition 1
Comments: wetsuit always get stuck on calf and heals regardless of how much body glide I use. Need to work on this. Bike
Comments: Bike number came off due to poor use of twisty ties and I figured I wouldn't be able to get my bike out of transition if it didn't have a number so I had to go back, get it, tie it back on. Lost maybe a minute or two. Cadence meter and bike comp stopped working at some point due to bumpy road conditions. What would you do differently?: secure bike number and avoid bumps Transition 2
Run
Comments: felt pretty good on the run, I possibly could've pushed more...will try harder next time. Post race
