Time trial start outside of transition (T1). Worked out very well, plenty of space between competitors.
What would you do differently?:

Use rubber bands on shoes and learn flying mount on bike. It warmed up nice; wear short sleeve instead of long sleeve shirt next time.

Fix PF problem and do more run volume.

Event comments:

Great race, hope to do it again next year. Drive time from home was about 2hrs. Great to watch the top ITU triathletes including Jarrod Shoemaker, Brian Fleischman in the draft legal race after the Fl Great Escape. Hope to do this race again.
