Some guys goggles broke, and it was a serpentine swim in the pool. He slowwed me down to the point where i was doggy paddling. It was terrible, I couldve dropped some serious time off my swim, but thats how it goes some days.
What would you do differently?:

swam around the guy, or just gone over the top of him

Couldnt find my stuff. Someone stole my towle so I couldnt find my stuff. And coming out I couldnt find the run exit. It was a big mess, terrible.

Trying to set a rythem, my hip is on the fritz so no crazy kenyan moves. My cadance was terrible, I need to start doing more bricks, this year Ive done a lot more du's and Bi's than tris so I havent really done many bricks.

3rd in 19 and under, but im 15 so I felt ok with it. I didnt plan to do this race, it just happend, I saw it thursday and decided to do it.

Its a 4.5 mile run 20 mile bike. Its in a rural area, with a good climb on the run. The bike course is flat, makes for some fast splits
