Run
What would you do differently?: Not run when the conditions are better suited to snow shoeing Post race
Warm down: I jumped in the car and drove home to do child care and pickup so spouse could hit a 10am yoga class. What limited your ability to perform faster: My butt does not move fast when its wicked cold outside. Last updated: 2009-12-11 12:00 AM

UP at 6:30, had a normal breakfast and coffee, did some yoga stretches, and dressed in what I thought I'd need. Then I checked the temp, and started pulling more clothes out.
Did some yoga stretches as my lower left back and glute were achy.
I wore: UA Heat underwear, UA Heat running tights, and Nike Dri-Fit pants, along with a UA heat body shirt, a Paradox thermal shirt, the dri-fit race shirt they gave, and my trusted old EB rag fleece jacket, along with my thickest winter gloves and PI synthetic hat.
Ran around one of the Town Center buildings, did some stretching, and was part of the Googlicious crowd for the HRCA video. I hope they have a lot of other content, because the cold seems to have kept a lot of people in and the crowd performance was, well, underwhelming.
ffstock was working check-in in his work garb, at first I didn't recognize him under the gear and winter wear.
