What would you do differently?: swim harder. work on stroke form. practice coming out of flip turns better. Transition 1

Run
Comments: i wanted to throw up or quit. i didn't do those so i guess it was successful. What would you do differently?: not run on a treadmill for 20 minutes Post race
Warm down: walking Event comments: i was glad to have the chance to do these indoor tris at lifetime but would not do it again because of the 30 minute meat grinder followed by 20 minutes on a treadmill - i also don't care to race 10 minutes in a little pool.
