Run
Comments: I am going to stay there were a few good elements that made me happy about my race:1. pace was good the first few miles, not too fast. 2. HR was great the whole time 3. ran all the hills, except 1, Juniper St 4. stayed focused the entire time and ran my race 5. Drank just enough no stomach issues no cramps 6. had no pain except my feet in the last few miles 7. this wasnt my slowest Half marathon time 8. had enough in the tank to semi sprint the last mile What would you do differently?: I would push harder. I ran the entire race, with the exception of mile 12, in zone 2 and 3. I was scared that if i ran harder i would fizzle at the end. I need to work on my pace on race day. THis race was exactly how i trained. I cant seem to find that extra gas to make me faster on race day. Maybe it was becasue i have been sick, had no sleep, have run that race before so there was not much excitement about it, i dont know. I jsut need to find the HTFU-ness i want to get a PR on the HM.
