mm, Triathlon #2 for me!

Should be an exciting course and lots of energy (I'm imagining a LARGE turnout)

Just got registered on Saturday at my LRS (Footzone in Bellevue)

I'll probably head down to cheer everyone on since Seward Park is so close to my house.  But then again, maybe I should sign up.  Hmm. . .

Is there any chance of a carpool to this race? I don't want to rent a car to lug my bike to the race, because they charge a ridiculous amount for young'ns like me. I'll buy the driver lunch

Just registered this week so I will see you all there!  By the way I do OW swims at Seward Park on Thursdays at 7pm.  This is a great opportunity to train at the race site.

but no seriously...on http://www.seafair.com/x373.aspat the bottom is a link to www.racecenter.com as the timing people, went there and checked the results page and on the right in a small box is a link to archived results. Click that and then there ya go!

And for the record: I'm a big fan of people growing out of the age-group...always a good time.

excellent!

Just got my "registration confirmation post-card" in the mail...so not only do they have my money, but they also have my info -- good combination

Today at master's swimming we did a lake swim from some guy's house to Mercerwood Swim Club (where we swim at)...it was neat because on the way there (we got trucked down to the guy's house because all our cars were at the pool) I was talking with this guy who did IM Coeur d'Alene and what not...he mentioned that he's doing this triathlon (Seafair) but to watch out because it's really really popular, so the swim (he said) is so chocked full of people it's ridiculous.

Well, I just hope I don't clobber someone!

Have a great race everyone!  I'll be out of town (Centralia for Little League State Tournament) but thinking of you.  Plan your race, race your plan.  I am looking forward to your race reports.

I got that soap from the marathon packet pick-up, but I haven't tried it yet. It promises to be a wild time though, from what the promoters told me.

I'll be at the triathlon to cheer you kids on. Good luck!
