Pre-race routine:

Parked at High School and will do so again if possible. Used facilities at Ball Diamond- Sweet.

Event warmup:

Laughter at the prospect of doing this event on so little training.

Comments:

Minimal Training this year. No runs over an hour, no incline-treadmill time at all, AND no runs on Barr Trail. Then Moved 2 weeks before, and with wife 7 months pregnant that included loading and unloading a 24ft truck by myself and continuing to do all move-in for days afterward.
Goal was to go just faster than slowest ever time, and did so by 7-8 minutes. Fair enough.

I wish Timmy had come to enjoy the great weather and so I wouldn't have to karaoke by myself later. :-)

Never intended to have to 'publish' this, but I can't figure out how to delete it and want it out of 'Draft' status and done with.

Course:	Weather was absolutely the best it can be... of course the year I'm not going for a PR this is the case- see my 2008 attempt where there were over 1900 official entrants and just over 700 finishers (only 60 from my wave) with all others being turned back due to weather.
