Comments:

I DRANK TOO MUCH!
Needed to pee from 1st kilometer. I found a pubilc restroom at the beach at 3km, but it was all locked up. Wasted 2 minutes and ran extra 500m trying to find an open stall.
Found porta-poty at 5km... 5-10minute wait... WTF was one lady doing in there for 5 minutes?

Course: New Course - start downtow at Brant & Lakeshore, then out to Hamilton skyway, turnaround and Lakeshore to Oakville and then back to start. The course is a little narrow for the first leg (toward Hamilton) - don't start too far back or you'll get stuck in bad traffic.
