Comments:

I kept on pace pretty well through 9 miles. The last 4 my feet were burning pretty bad so I've got an issue with my shoes from lacing or just need different shoes. I fell off about 5 seconds per mile on the last 4 so overall not too bad but I need to put together a half that I can keep hitting those 6:15 miles.
What would you do differently?:

???
Post race
Warm down:

Stretch.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The fire burning feeling on the balls of my feet!

Event comments:

Not a bad race. They could probably do a little more with post race. Nice tshirts though.
