I can hardly believe that it is owned by McDonald's. They were actually just fronted the money by McDonald's. They're all on their own now. Still great food! When I got there I asked the Chipotle lady about the free one and she said that she never heard of the promotion and wouldn't honor it if I came back with the receipt for my free one!!!!!! What's up with that????!! Oh well. |

Not sure this is the same Freebirds that I used to eat during University in Santa Barbara, but I would do some very questionable things to get my hands on a monster buritto. Mexican is hard to come by in this part of Japan, and I have begun salivating uncontrollably at the mention of burritos. I`ve been here of 16 months, and I miss Mexican food at least as much as I miss my family.  |

Got a steak burrito w/pintos, rice, salsa, and cheese!!!! I am headed back for my free one on Friday!!! Funny thing was I had to explain the promotion to the store manager...he was clueless!!!
