Didn't have a lot of cash for two bikes (my wife needed one too), so for $400/bike it was a good deal. Just upgraded the pedals to some Keo Classics. Clip on aerobars coming soon I hope. |

Now, in addition to the older Trek mt.bike, I'm also riding a Specialized Allez Expert. The Expert is an international model, not listed for the U.S. region on Specialized's web site. It's roughly similar to a Comp I think, though maybe equiped more for recreational riders than competition. |

I am a newbie this year and I am still riding my Trek 531 touring bike that I bought about 20 years ago. But hey at my first olympic distance I finished in 1 hour and 17 minutes. Not bad for an old jelopy. |

Aussie model (sold out of U.S. model, got one of the imported shipment of the Aussie bikes they brought in to help meet U.S. demands). It comes with Dura Ace cranks/bb instead of the FSA carbon cranks, and in the same color as the US TCR C-1 (black to silver/blue fade - gorgeous!).
