well it certainly didnt feel good lol  but i would talk with people in ur area with nice detailed tattoos and see who they use and look at the shop make sure u feel comfortable i have a couple of tattoos with alot of meaning and a few with none i just simply wanted them so its a choice that is all ur own just make sure u like what ur getting lol

Your pictures makes me want to run out NOW and get a Tatt......but, I'll listen to your advices and take my time researching...

I'm thinking of getting "Tribel design with Asian character of my children's name on my shoulder/upper arm".....I'm taking your advice - no name unless I gave birth to them...:-)

Hahaha yes you are correct. I'm mostly Irish, with some Australian but I'm very proud to be an American.

I'm actually going to continue this theme with a back piece and 2 more on my calves. Right side of my body is irish, left is American.

This was my first tat. It was my 13th birthday present from my mom (I have to say for being 13 years old it looks pretty good still). I have 4 others but I could only get pictures of two them, but they aren't very clear. If I remember I will put the others up tomorrow.


This one is my favorite. The reason why is because he has beautiful green eyes, even though you can't see them.


This one is on the back of my neck so I couldnt get a great picture. Maybe I can get a better one tonight, if so I'll put that up.
FYI if you do get a tat be careful because you might not end up with just one... they are very addictive.

The design I'll be getting is a combination of two fairly well-known designs: Thor's hammer (I'm 3/4 Norwegian) and a blade triskele (more recently known as a world triad, in an utter butchery of the original meaning). The blade triskele is a Celtic design of three radiating blades inside a ring, representing the trinity (in its various interpretation), and the blades denote the aggressive (or warrior) form.

Sure I’ll share. The sun in the center of my back was just a favorite of mine. I thought it was cute.
The sun on my neck is a best friend’s tattoo.
The rose I got because of two reasons: I was 13 and my mom didn’t want me to get anything too big for my first tat and second because roses are my favorite flower.
I also have my zodiac on my left shoulder and an ex boyfriends zodiac on my right (I am getting the ex boyfriends covered with a fairy this summer if I have the money; she is rather big so she might cost a bit of money).

Your personal design combination or did the combination already exist?


The designs exist separately already, but it was my concept to combine them. I'll post up pics when I get it done. Probably another couple months...
