I thoroughly enjoy the TRX training straps. The possibilities are endless, plus you can take them outside.

My favorite is to get into a plank or push-up position with my feet in each stirrup, and then do rapid knee tucks like I am cycling or running. TYI's are great for swimming too.

Any in particular you're fond of?

I just joined a fitness club with TRX straps, and as part of my membership I received a free personal training session.  The trainer introduced me to the TRX straps, and I am hooked.

Love the TRX.  Bought one last winter, plan to start using it again regularly now that my tri season is over.

I'm trying to build a library of exercises helpful to swim/bike/run.

Here are some links to swim-specific exercises.

Great workout with the TRX, one of my favorite things to at the gym. Regardless of the exercise, it gets all those stabilizing muscles I rarely use.

use it all the time... there are some kick butt complexes on youtube... a couple of my faves are burpee/scorpions or atomic pushups/rollouts... look them up, they'll kick your butt

I am definitely a fan of TRX training. I actually went to a class to get certified as a TRX trainer - more for my own information of good exercises and proper use. I've seen a huge difference in my muscle structure after two months of use. And I find it is correcting some of the imbalances I've developed through tri training. I recommend it to everyone.

My local Y just introduced TRX classes into their group fitness schedule 3 times a week.  I've been to a few and if they were at better times, I would be there for every class.  Best core workout I've had in a long time.

A friend of mine has tried this and really liked it. I just ordered it. I like that it has a workout plan included. I know it's generic but seems like a good introduction to suspension training.
