Comments:

Nutrition: 5 bananas, 50oz Gatorade + H2O
It began and ended as a sticky, hazy day with spitting rain that was hardly noticeable. I rode with some coworkers. Picked-up on the second half. Spent 80% of my time on the aero bars. At mile 15, my fore/aft screw on my seat came loose. Thankfully I could still sit on it but it wasn't all that comfortable, especially in aero. At the halfway mark, we looped back to the school so I got a mechanic to tighten 'er up. I ate and hydrated well the whole time. All in all, it was a great day!
What would you do differently?:

Double check my seat screw!
Post race
Warm down:

None. Changed & shwoered then went for a cold beer with the work gang.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My seat!

Event comments:

Excellent aid stations at good intervals. Especially appreciated on-site mechanics but didn't see any SAG vehicles on the course.

Impressive ride for a great cause!!!  I am originally from Yellow Springs (a bit south-west of Columbus) and I know it's a heck of a lot hillier where you are  than down here.  Nice race pace.
