That was for my fans. (the wife and boys)

 
A PR by 6 minutes on the same course as 3 weeks prior, plus a 1st place in the Under 39 Clydes.

Here are a couple of pics of a first timers tri I did last weekend. Not my first one but a friend wanted me to do it with her as she hadn;t done one before.

We have waiting for the swim. I'm the fattest bloke there, just to the left of the guy in green shorts. On ther way to T1 and after the race with my friend.

She had a great time and is doing another with me in Feb. A sprint.

It's a great feeling isn't it? Here is me at this years spring sprint. I dropped 9 minutes total and moved from 100th to 28th overall. I dropped :42 on the swim, 2:10 on the bike, 6:01 on the run and :15 in transition.



You dropped 6 on the run!!!  Great job!

Guys, have just returned to BT and this thread helps me remember why I love being on this site so much. Of course, it's all about learning about tri-ing etc, but the eye candy is spectacular. Awesome.

Nope --no problem at all --I encourage forgetting your wetsuit all the time!!!
