Comments:

IT band was a problem from the get go, but kept going. First half was ok, but during second half decide to walk the downhills as this is wher the pain was most evident. Was happy to finish on both legs.

What would you do differently?:

Get rid of the IT band issues.

Warm down:

Wandered the club house and got the food. Great post race food.
