Fireman in court for manslaughter

Caught this on the news earlier. and it was a WTfluck moment for me.

Essentially a fire truck and crew were driving down a country lane, sirens on, for obvious reasons, (country lane!) and "startled " some cattle, which knocked the 75 year old farmer off his quad bike...
