Thanks for reminding me about Anberlin!  For no good reason I had forgotten...

 

I run with my iPod on shuffle a lot so I get some losers, but my current five were nice surprises from my last long run and are songs that caused me to really pick up the pace and feel good:

I never listen to music while training because I can't while I am racing and don't want to rely on the music to motivate me.  The only exception for me is when I lift weights.
