Swim
What would you do differently?: start further ahead. like in a 5 min swim group Transition 1
Bike
Comments: i had a great bike. I ust wish i had gotten out there sooner. What would you do differently?: transition faster Transition 2
Run
Comments: i went a lil hard on teh bike and had a terrible stitch in my side during the run. What would you do differently?: run more. I only ran 11 miles in preparation for this race. Post race
Event comments: the timing for teh bike getting screwed up is a big dissapointment. I feel like i had a great bike and would really like to know all the details about teh race but i put it together best i could from my watch and bike computer. Last updated: 2010-04-19 12:00 AM

Wake up two hours prior and eat a handfull of oats and drink water. Setup equipment and go on a quick jog. 15 minutes prior to race consume half a gu then put back in cycling jersey. Will eat second half at beginning of bike leg.
